Is Candy Shorts Legit, or a Scam?

Who runs it, how billing works, how to cancel, and where the real risks are.

Yes, Candy Shorts is a legitimate product. It is the series section of Candy.ai, which the Maltese firm EverAI Limited runs. Trying it costs nothing, because the opener of each open series plays without any login or card. If you pay later, the charge carries the EverAI name, and Premium can be ended from your account settings whenever you want, Candy says.

Things you can verify yourself

Operator: EverAI Limited, the Maltese business that runs Candy.ai.
Billing name: “EverAI” on the card statement, not an unrelated label.
Stopping: according to Candy, Premium ends from the settings page whenever you decide.
Free part: the first episode needs nothing; the second needs only an email and an age confirmation.

Scam or not?

The prices sit on screen before anything is charged: 12 tokens for a regular paid episode, 30 for a star series, and Premium plans on Candy’s own subscriptions page ($3.99 monthly on the 12-month plan; price read on Nov 2, 2026, 17:29 UTC). The real trap is elsewhere: pages promising “full” or “leaked” Candy Shorts at no cost. Candy publishes its series on candy.ai alone, and the shelf never links to those copies.

And is it safe?

From outside we have no way to audit Candy’s servers or its handling of data, so we will not stamp it “safe”. What holds: every link on this shelf goes to candy.ai itself, the age check and the checkout are Candy’s own pages, and its privacy terms are readable before you register.
